California, from my perspective, feels distinctly different from many modern cities. Many places here carry a sense of nostalgia, as if I’ve stepped back into the 1990s. The décor of hotels and restaurants, along with the laid-back habit of visiting the beach, evokes a time when people truly embraced sunshine and outdoor living. There’s a warmth and simplicity to the lifestyle—a reminder of an era where life moved a little slower, and joy was often found under the open sky.This brief moment felt like stepping into a different era, and I tried to capture that mood through my lens.
