Into the Blue

This was my first time visiting Lake Tahoe, and it turned into a weekend I’ll never forget. The lake was incredibly clear, and I spent the days kayaking and rafting—what started as a sunny rafting trip turned into a wild downpour, and we even got stuck on the rocks for a while. It was chaotic but kind of amazing. Beyond the adventure, it was also a peaceful escape into a more countryside rhythm. Watching how local families spend their summer by the lake, grilling, laughing, and just being outside.
